I have reconstructed the history of all the families that have lived in Dermulo: INAMA, MENDINI, PRET, CORDINI, MASSENZA, ENDRIZZI, EMER, TAME, ENDRIOCHER, BATTISTI, MELCHIORI, CHISTE, ECCHER, BRIDA. I have compiled a list of the people from Dermulo that have emigrated to America, in Europe or in other Italian. Paolo Inama (Dermulo, Italy) --- alice.inama@vivoscuola.it My father came from Trento in 1958 and I spent almost every summer of my youth in Terres with my uncle (Eduino). I remember walking to the campo sportivo in Flavon every weekend to party and going back in September to pick apples. All told I spent about four years there. My great-grandfather and great-grandmother were born in Tyrol and lived in Cis and immigrated to Colorado. My ggrandfather's name was Domenico Zancanella. My grandfather's family (LORENGO) also came from the same region and settled first in Michigan and then to Montana (mining and such). Married to Giovanni Flor who was one of five brothers. My Father came the USA thru NY and settle first in Ouray, Colo with his aunt and uncle who ran the the Western Hotel in Ouray. I too have PANCHERI in my blood through my 3rd great grandmother, Maria PANCHERI. Maria was probably born around 1800. She married Bortolo MOCHEN and I have a church record from Dimaro, Italy that shows they had Cattarina MOCHEN in ~1842. I think your site has zeroed us in on Rallo - one of the towns mentioned by uncles and aunts. Anyway thanks for putting together this website. My father , who is first generation in the U.S. was born in Walsenburg, Colorado. My grandfather Eugenio BENINI, owned two saloons there. We are not sure which town in the Trento area my grandfather came from, but we do know that he and my grandmother had known each other in Italy. They married in the U.S. when my grandmother came here to bring her brother back home to Taio. Her maiden name was Erminina ZADRA. My grandfather's family had emigrated to La Plata, Argentina, but returned to Italy before the first World War. His father, Vittorio Facinelli, emigrated from Revo in the 1920's, later bringing the whole family in the early '30's. I would love to see the Facinelli's from Revo included in this site! I belong to a old Family of the Non Valley. My Latin name is Thamedi de Maianus (today Maiano, a village near Cles). My family records go back to the mids 1500 and some members of my family have emigrated to the US in Colorado , also Milwauke and Detroit.
